Make sure the register you want to sort is open.
Click the Sort Ascending button 
for the column you want to sort by. The
Sort Ascending button is located
to the right of the column heading.
You can sort a register by specifying whether you want the individual fields in a column sorted in ascending or descending order. You cannot, however, save the sort order for future use.
To sort a register in ascending order:
Make sure the register you want to sort is open.
Click the Sort Ascending button for the column you want to sort by. The

To sort a register in descending order:
Make sure the register you want to sort is open.
Click the Sort Descending button 
for the column you want to sort by. The
Sort Descending button is located
to the right of the column heading.
